An Articulated Haul Truck ticket will give you the skills to operate an articulated haul truck safely, effectively and efficiently. Your training will include operating with a full load under site conditions. The course will cover topics like:
- planning & preparing for operations
- conducting pre-operational checks
- safe loading techniques from various machinery
- safe hauling and dumping of materials with limited spillage
- making adjustments to suit work conditions
- operating within capacities of the vehicle
- conducting shutdown and refueling
