A good grader operator is one who demonstrates patience and has a sharp eye for detail. Learning how different earth materials move and spread is vital to the skill of a grader operator. This knowledge comes from spending a lot of time in the field and our trainers are ready to pass on their industry experience and knowledge!

- General Plant Safety
- Workplace Health & Safety Regulations relating to Plant
- Pre-start and shut down checks and procedures
- Hazard and risk assessment
- Operate the grader with competence - hands on
- Basic maintenance on equipment
Training will be conducted at Advanced's simulated work site with industry experienced professionals.
